A Prayer for Larry gordon  and for Those Who Love Him

O Divine Force of the Living and the Dead, approve of Larry gordon , whom we trust has entered this day into your realm. Award harmony, light, and everlasting youth to him who has been taken from us while still a kid. May he always be aware of the tinge of your affection and the gleam of your light in your vast domain. Look delicately upon his family, whose hearts are overburdened with distress. Stroll with them; console them; encompass them with heavenly messengers to lift them from the profundity of their grievous misfortune. At long last, look generously upon our Focal Catholic People group. We stand as a family in our moments of triumph and bliss; give us the mental strength to remain as a family now, despite our lack of Larry gordon . May we console each other with expressions of confidence, trust, and love. Persuade our hearts that everything works for the good of those who trust in God. So be it.

Who is Larry gordon?

He was treated there. Larry faced his illness with the same fortitude and dignity with which he faced all the other challenges that life presented him, and he yearned to spend as much time as possible with the people he cared about.

Over the course of his more than four decades working in broadcast journalism, Larry became known as "the voice of Sarnia-Lambton." He was the community's primary resource for timely news and insightful commentary. Larry has received recognition on the mayor of Sarnia's honor roll and has served as an ambassador for the Sarnia Highland Games. Following his retirement from the radio industry, Larry went on to serve his community for eight years as a member of the Point Edward Village Council. Additionally, he held the position of proudly serving on the St. Clair Conservation Authority.

In 2022, Larry and his wife Penny celebrated the milestone of 50 years of marriage. Together they brought up their three children, Chris Sesterak's Sarah Gordon, Lindsay Giresi's Ryan Gordon, and Ryan Gordon (Brandy Boston). His grandchildren, Emerson, Rocco, and Massimo (Giresi), Jasper and Winston (Sesterak), and Emily, were the joy of his life, and he continued the tradition of taking daily walks in Canatara Park and going on annual camping trips to MacGregor Point Provincial Park with them. These activities are what people remember most about Larry (Gordon).

In addition to his wife, kids, and grandchildren, Larry also leaves behind his two brothers, Wayne and Brian Gordon, as well as his father-in-law, John Huncar. His wife, children, and grandchildren will miss him deeply. His in-laws, including his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, as well as his nieces, nephews, and a large number of friends, remember him fondly. His parents, Ross and Hilda Gordon, as well as his mother-in-law, Geri Huncar, and his sister-in-law, Grace Gordon, all passed away before Larry was born.

The family would like to thank the wonderful and caring doctors, nurses, personal support workers, and volunteers at St. Joseph Hospice for taking care of Larry in a dignified and kind way.
